Neffs, Ohio in Upper Ohio Valley Presbytery suffers from flooding

In and around Neffs, Ohio (part of the Upper Ohio Valley Prebytery), excessive rainfall created severe flooding.  In these pictures, the owner of this mobile home lost everything.  A week later his ex-wife, who was his best friend, died.  Then he wound up in the hospital in Columbus with heart problems.
