Grove Presbyterian Church, Danville, PA (Northumberland Presbytery) is offering a wonderful opportunity. Friends of the Groom Theater Group will be visiting Danville the weekend of Dec. 2,3,4,2011 to offer a performance and a workshop on using drama in worship and as an expression of Spiritual Development. Please click for the details. Many churches will want to take advantage of the Workshop on Saturday.

The Mission Team at Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church in Brodheadsville (Lehigh Presbytery) is looking for a partner church or churches to raise $12,000 to buy a used ambulance and ship it to La Victoria, Dominican Republic.

The team has been working for several years with a women’s group of Mata Mamon ― a rural village near La Victoria. It has helped provide beds and housing for the poor there.
