Moderator: The Rev. Neal Galley |
Experiences in the business world impacted Neal's faith and taught him many things about the nature of mankind. In 1990 he enrolled at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and received his M. Div. in 1994.
Neal has served in Redstone Presbytery throughout his service as a pastor. He served the Derry Presbyterian Church for ten years and currently serves the Vandergrift Presbyterian Church, a congregation that merged from two Presbyterian churches in 2002.

| Vice Moderator: Elder Nan Best
|
Nan has lived in Lancaster County, Wilmington DE, and now has been in York County for over 30 years. An educator with degrees from Millersville University and the University of Delaware, Nan has also worked in some non-profit agencies and in 2001 Nan graduated with a MAR from Lancaster Theological Seminary.
Currently on staff of Donegal Presbytery, Nan is the Associate for Healthy Congregations where she works with redevelopment and missional congregational planning. Evangelism and Multicultural Ministry are also part of her work.
