2020 Church?

Recently, a national cohort of church leaders
met to vision and re-imagine where transformation
and change may lead the church
by 2020. After exciting and passionate
conversation and debate, the group developed
a vision of what a healthy congregation
could look like in 2020. Congregational teams of 4 or more
members are invited to commit
to all sessions to be held at The
Church on the Mall,
Plymouth Meeting Mall on
the following Saturdays: November 7, 2009, February 6, 2010,
April 17, 2010 and September 11, 2010 from 9-4 pm.
Hosted by the Eastern Church Transformation Network, the topics include The Physics of Church Transformation with Steve Shussett, Telling our Stories - Individually and Corporately with Susan Faye Wonderland, Building Relationships - Connecting to all your neighbors with Phil Lotspeich and Bill Golderer, and Missional Challenges Embraced with Passion with Tony Robinson. Registration of $200 covers teams up to 5 members (each additional is $50) and includes all 4 sessions and lunch at each. Deadline is October 16, 2009.
