Equipping Pastors Leadership Events |
Four Training Events Offered |
The Equipping Pastors Leadership Training Events are funded by a matching grant from the Board of Pensions, combined with the presbyteries of Beaver-Butler, Huntingdon, Washington, Pittsburgh, Shenango, Lake Erie, Redstone, and Kiskiminetas. Created around the Pastor Competency Model, the four domains that will be taught are Leadership, Organizational, Personal Character, and our pastors will gain the skills necessary to lead churches toward missional, spiritual, and numerical growth.
