Join the Sloviakia Summer Mission Trip and reap many benefits: learn new skills, share God’s love, experience generous hospitality, and witness the Slovak people’s amazing faith, gain a new perspective on material possessions, observe the effects of communism on Eastern Europe, see church planting first hand, and expand a growing Christian Roma (often called “gypsy”) ministry.  This year we really need a few good carpenters who love putting "erector sets" together.  The pieces are cut and milled, but will need to be assembled.  We have a wonderful time, the country is beautiful, the food is great, and the people are so warm and welcoming-- they are hard to beat!  The pastor, Peter Pristiak, is truly a Christian gentleman, loves it when we are able to bring a pastor or a professional in the church along to discuss and share problems and solutions.  He speaks quite good English and received part of his theological education in England.  But best of all...
