Tax Guide for Ministers and Churches - Tax laws and regulations affecting ministers can be complex.  That's why this guide provides step-by-step instructions for preparing 2003 Federal Income Tax returns for ministers.  Richard R. Hammer, a national expert on ministers' taxes, wrote the booklet, which has been customized for the Presbyterian Church (USA).
