Vanessa Bates, CRE, is offering free Training in Church Administration to all pastors and other church leaders as part of her D. Min project. The four-session training will be held via Zoom from 1-3 p.m. (Eastern) on Thursdays beginning July 27 and concluding on Sept 7. Modules include “Interviewing, Hiring and Keys to Success;” “Delegation, Accountability and Reviews;” “Managing Conflict with Staff and Volunteers;” and “Basics of Church Finance Including Budgets.”
Vanessa holds both a BA in Business and an MBA, owns a business, and serves on the staff of Canyon Hills Presbyterian Church in Anaheim.
Participants can register for one or all of the modules. Each stands on its own, but they do build on one another, especially modules one and two. Upon completion of a module participants will receive a manual containing the content covered.
