An overture at the 223rd General Assembly asking for the town of Waverly, NY, to be included in the Synod of the Trinity will allow for the congregation to be part of Lackawanna, a process that is four years in the making.

We anticipate a rollout of the (Re)Call Initiative in early 2019 and are planning to go forward with a version of the program with or without the grant.

We have been listening for the kind of role the Synod might need to take to provide more targeted networking, training, granting or facilitating to assist presbyteries and presbyteries working together to get where they say they want to be.

Including the matching money from the Presbytery of Lake Erie, a grand total of $31,301.78 was raised, by the grace of God, for “Wheels for Josh” across the Ghana Mission Network!
